I started S4L on 6/14--day I signed up-weight 131.7
6/17-day one of prep phase--giving up caffeine is going to be hard
6/18/12--weight was 132.4--not very motivating
6/19-day 3 of prep phase and nutrition class--sick of beef--weight 132.4
6/20-weight 130.6
6/21-weight 129.2

I am so encouraged--finally feel decent-no headach today--very restrictive diet--tired of beef and chicken already!
129.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

I've been on S4L since April 9 & I've lost 40 lbs! I'm sick of chicken too but it's been so worth it to see the weight coming off! Did you get the cookbook yet? That helps I think! Good luck to you!
