This up and down with water weight is getting annoying...
I didn't do a great job with my diet yesterday, and although my intentions are good today, my allergies are not and yesterday's dizziness has become a full out summer cold...blah!
I still intend to get out and exercise...I just might not be doing it at full strength.

Lost so far: 5.5 lb.
Still to go: 51.5 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
