I may have regained my weight but I feel good about my progress. My progress is that I believe I am eating good calories not bad, I am exercising more and I feel good about myself. I will meet my goal but it's going to take longer then expected. I will stay the course and it will eventually happen. my expectations for this challenge should be 10 pounds in 10 weeks.
