Today went ok foodwise and fairly badly workwise its so hard to get motivated when the sun is out :(
here is what i ate:
Breakfast: 1 apple 1 tortilla 1tbs reduced fat houmous 1 spoonful of unsweetened musili soaked in fruit juice (ew)
Lunch: 1 quorn fillet with nadnos marinade 30g white rice 1 bag of steamed veg
Dinner: 1 can WW tomato soup
Snacks: 1 feast icecream :/ 1 apple
its after 7pm so im going to try not to eat now untill the morning. no gym because i still have a ton of work to do and a major headache.
EDIT: going out tonight to a club no moneys so not much drinking just some vodka and diet sprite before hand maybe the dancing will burn off some calories :P
