despite my exhaustive efforts I have not lost any weight in last two days...not worried yet...Yesterday I found an Almond Milk in our grocery store, 2.7% carbs, does not taste like the real thing but it might help with some recipes and some cravings, I was sure I saw something on Atkins site about soy milk and half&half, however I can not find it now, any suggestions? Is the almond milk gonna ruin everything completely?

As long as the almond milk is not flavored you should be okay. I've been in induction since the end of May and found I was consuming a lot of sucralose (those Atkins bars). Apparently artificial sweeteners can slow down and even stop you from losing weight. Lovely, right! I haven't eaten anything with sucralose or aspartame (if you like documentaries - watch "Sweet Misery") and my scale started showing lower numbers. I'm not sure if this is your issue as well, but I thought I would pass along the information, just in case:)

Wow, it might be, as I take at least half a bar daily with afternoon tea.you think because it is atkins' production it's safe! thanks :-)
