Well I have not been on here since March. Wow, March, April, May & now June. I am returning to keep track of my carbs, h2o & exercise. I am terrified to weigh myself as I have been horrible at eating healthy over the spring. You might say that I threw in the towell...got weak against the "non-support team", caved to the old habits, watched people (that supposedly care for me) relax and get happy as I FAILED. I've developed a deeper resentment towards those that have hindered my quest for health. I've wished that I had more support here at home, but IT NEVER COMES NO MATTER HOW STRONG I AM, HOW GOOD I EXERCISE, HOW NICE MY CLOTHES FIT, ETC... So, here I am, back to beg support from total strangers on a website! Needless to say, I know that fatsecret has been a great support to me in the past and I'm hoping for the best. Are any of my old buddies out there? Let's chat!
