Just got back from vacation in Boston. Time to get back to the diet.
163.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1811 kcal Fat: 82.29g | Prot: 76.39g | Carb: 190.81g.   Breakfast: green leaf lettuce, spinach, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), dove, Nutritional Shake Mix - French Vanilla, strawberry, flax, Clean Cranberry Apple Muffins. Lunch: veggie pattie, peanut butter cookie. Dinner: tortilla chips, chicken, walnuts, arugula, wine, strawberries, mixed greens, lite feta. Snacks/Other: marys gone crackers, strawberry, cheese cheddar. more...
