Went a bit over today... I was dying of heat and took the kids for ice cream. I only had an extra small but it was HUGE!

Hi
I noticed that you were eating whey and that it was a source of protein. I have seen it in a health food store and assumed that it probably didn't taste very nice. Am I correct?
Have you found any good ways of disguising it?
I have been eating canned tuna fish in water. The tuna can be a little dry by itself but I found that it is better mixed with a teaspoon of tomato chutney or relish.

VIEWABLE: I eat the chocolate whey protein powder and mix it with milk. I've had it with water a few times and it's to watery for my liking. I really like the taste, but I know some do not like it. Tuna and relish is very good! I also add chopped onion and mustard.
