Brett Track's Journal, 20 June 2012

Despite almost strict adherance to the 210 calories (most days less) I am still holding fast at 266. its better than 275, but frustrating. I have been walking 3 times a week just getting used to moving around again. Today I walked an hour and 15 minutes. I will add time and hopefully endurance then transition into harder exercises. I am afraid that anything strenuous will cause my back to flare up where I had surgery. So far I'm ok. I press on.
