Decidedly not where i would like to be at this point *sigh* A friend and I have been walking a few times a week, so i'm sure that's helping...or at least i hope it is. i stopped doing the workouts on the wii sports active2. i probably should've kept up with it, but i didn't. and i know i should go back to them, but...i may wait until i lose some of this weight before i start the toning my muscles thing. with not seeing any results it was difficult to keep at it.
still not doing great at cutting carbs. i try, but...it's hard. i also need to drink more water. i'm usually drinking 2 bottles a day, but...i know i need to drink more. i hate that i weigh this much. my clothes don't fit right, or at all, anymore.
i CAN do this...i just have to put in the time and have the willpower....
