Trying to get life back to normal after a weekend away at the family homestead (LOTS of eating...). Husband now wants to try to "3/4 ass" (as opposed to half-ass) the G.I. diet. He's getting frustrated with his weight gain, too. Went grocery shopping together... compromised on a few things, but there are still dangerous items in the house!! I think exercise is going to be our main issue... should see if I can get him to come to Aquafit tonight!
