I have been on a plauteau for the last 2 months flutuating between 253 lbs and 255lbs. I am currently living in Japan as an English teacher. I don't have a car so I get to bike everywhere which I actually love. I have been going out a lot on weekends and not eating very healthy foods but my job is pretty active teaching children and I bike everywhere so it has evened out. During the week I am trying to eat healthy.
I have lost about 110 pounds in the last 2 years and kept it off with the help of HMR shakes. But I need to step up the exercise to keep losing the weight. The weather is getting better so I can bike a bit more so I'm hoping that the cycling challenge will help me reach my goal.
