Not a good week...loss my mom so didn't really stick to the protein like I should have considering I ate more fried and carbs this past week...Time to get back on track...Mom wouldn't want me to go back to where I was!!
299.4 lb Lost so far: 165.6 lb.    Still to go: 104.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
