It was a terrible weekend diet wise for me! I just kindof gave up for the weekend. I have to get back on track, I have to get this weight off and feel better about myself. I can do this. I need some support.....
147.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 22.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
