1489 kcal Fat: 58.02g | Prot: 56.58g | Carb: 168.54g.   Breakfast: Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A) , Strawberries , Weetabix. Lunch: Ezekiel 4:9 Sesame Sprouted Whole Grain Bread, Plain Yogurt, Green Leaf Lettuce , Red Tomatoes , Oil Roasted Sunflower Seeds (with Salt Added) , Stringsters Low Moisture Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese, Raspberry Vinaigrette. Dinner: White Table Wine , Fried Tofu , White Rice, Thai Yellow Curry Sauce. Snacks/Other: Pre-Lightened Presweetened Coffee with Sugar, Cashew Clusters with Almonds and Pumpkin Seeds. more...
