I gained today. I followed the diet 100% but I had so much more water than usual, I gained. I think this will easily come off, but I don't like to see it on the scale. Friday will be the last day of weighing daily, just do it once a week after then.

By afternoon, I am behind 1 meal. Work was just too hectic and I am hungry but hanging in there. I need to drink more water tonight as I was lapsing today. I need to find a better way to stay hydrated when in the field.
277.1 lb Lost so far: 11.9 lb.    Still to go: 97.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
