I did not follow my diet at all last week. Hormones are my worst enemy :( Gained 2 pounds but it could still be some water weight from my stupid monthly friend (I hope anyway), I will follow my diet & workout plan this week & weight in again mid-week.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
