After I got off the scales I thought to myself "how did I ever gain so much this week". Now entering the numbers, I am down. Not by much, but down. LOL What a fright that gave me.
I ate so much yesterday. Father's Day and birthday combined.
BBQ turkey, stuffing, BBQ potatoes, cabbage salad, devilled eggs, mixed veggies, fresh buns, and desert was a nice fruit salad and of course a birthday cake with ice-cream. Also had beer and snacks in the afternoon. All sooooo good, ate soooo much. Now to leave the left overs alone.
206.6 lb Lost so far: 72.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
