I messed up last night. After the yard work, i was craving salt. All i had in the house that was salty was parmesian cheese. So I had a little bit of that with a slice of bread and hot mustard. Yea, that sounds gross, but it took care of the salt issue. I need to look into more protein in my diet. The fiber fit bars I am eating have alot of fiber but not enough protein. I will look today with something with more protein, that might help with my late night cravings. It's good that I dont keep snack food in the house. Will do better today.
