Fell off the wagon last night and ate 3, count them, 3 drumstick ice creams. Did crossfit this morning, 800 meter run, 150 partner wall balls alternating with hollow body and then 800 meter run. Gonna do a 30 day challenge, just gotta pick which one, whole 30, robb wolf or primal.
