Yes and no. Didn't really make it to the treadmill as expected. I did, however, make some progress. Right before the challenge started, I was up to 250 again, water-weight. Fortunately, that went away when aunt flow departed and left me at 247. Despite my lack of exercise I managed to slip off the water-weight and make another pound of progress controlling my diet (and being too busy with work to eat). I hope to make better progress on the treadmill soon. I just can't seem to break away from work under deadline. See how far I get....
