Today is Saturday, June 16, 2012. I weighed in and I am down 1.6 lbs, which is good because I had gained 5 lbs in the last couple of weeks. I have really been struggling. I will eat pretty good in the day and when I get home it is like I go crazy. It is not about hunger, it is about my head. I will not only eat ice cream, but I will know at the time I get in from the freezer that I will eat, another one if not more. I don't even give my stomach time to know I ate it and I am having more. This has to stop, I am going up, not down.
I am not going to eat past 8:00pm, if I have to go up to my room to get away from the frig, I will.
I will make an effort to plan better for my lunches and each more fruit as a snack.
