Well it's raining...actually we're having our first spring thunder storm:) So, I've got my cd - Leslie Sansome...I did my aerobic walk inside today - 1 mile:) This cd is great...you use weights too!!
190.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
