Well the physical activity has been no problem. 50-60 miles/week on the bike and 2-3 hours/week of taekwondo. I always knew that diet was important, but never knew how important till recently. I have lost more weight from diet alone than from exercising. So I guess its back to tracking everything I eat.

Yea, I read somewhere losing weight is about 80% diet and 20% exercise. But people who exercise are much more likely to keep weight off than those who don't. So start tracking and keep exercising, lol!!

Yeah, I heard the same thing. 80% diet and 20% exercise. That is very true. Definitely keep the exercising up and track what you eat :) They work hand in hand! Make sure you get enough sleep at night too :)
