Good morning!
Yesterday went really well, had a large glass of yogurt at night and was actually refreshing and satisfying. today woke up in a good mood to continue my healthy eating. I'm excited for my hiking trip tomorrow. we are gonna meet at 7am, hike for 4 hours then prepare a BBQ!

Thank you Babydoll - for the sweet words on my journal this morning. You are right about the strong maternal instinct. Say! I forgot all about yogurt. I have to be a careful label reader when I buy yogurt. Great way to get my calcium & dairy. See you Kid!

thank you for ur support, i'm trying not to eat at night but if i feel like having smthg i don't strict myself to have it in the morning, so that i don't binge on it at night. Wish me luck in the BBQ tom, my challenge is to lower my carbs tomorrow. Gd luck to u both as well:)

Any friend of cathy's is a friend of mine! Today must have been my day for carbohydrates. I have had bran cereal & Triscuit crackers instead of cucumbers. At least I chose something moderately healthy!
