ok find holding steady, but to be fair, today is day 1 of my. !!! So actually, I think in 4 or 5 more days, I should be on my way to goal 2. I say, if I am holding steady for the week before . at my goal 1, that's ok with me. I have been fairly tempted this week with lots of cheats last weekend and a few during the week, but it's all ok on this plan and I jumped back on fairly quickly...going hard to win my race in Odessa this weekend, and it's ok to not be down to 217. I will get there soon enough.

**UDPATE, I just realized that I lost 8 lbs in 1 month doing this Fast 5 thing, and I am pretty happy with that. I can live with that, because I think I can keep it up. I especially love the cancer benefits and the "eating whatever you want" thing...this will work! Looking forward to my 1 year anniversary long-term, and short-term looking forward to 210. Goal 2!! Onward and downward.
220.0 lb Lost so far: 12.0 lb.    Still to go: 90.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
