Josie Lawrence's Journal, 14 June 2012

I tried really hard today especially because it was my period week but I gained half a pound after two days of swimming for an hour in the morning and then to an hour basketball practice then I go home and try to nap. That's usually when I have a snack or something before. Then I go to track practice which is at least an hour and half if not more then I went home changed had a gatorade and a nectarine then went to my basketball game lost ;/ which stunk but I kept my head up. Then I went back to the pool and when I got home I was 150.2 which is about 1/2 a pound higher than the two days ago when I was 149.4. But my dad says its just the water weight from my period...I sure hope he's right
