Hello sweeties,

Just wanted you to know that I am super exhausted. Todays workout was really intense...my legs are slimming down and I am beginning to finally see those quads and hamstrings poke out! YES!!! :) I am super happy about that. My glutes are also becoming more defined and firm! I am super happy. I burned 1,600 calories today. Tomorrow is going to mark the beginning of the second rotation of my routines. OMG, Sunday is another weigh in. Wow! Isn't it crazy how these weeks fly by? Goodness. Well, the goal is to at least have lost 2 lbs this week. Why so low? Well, because I have to stay realistic. I realize that I lost so much earlier because my eating habits before were horrible, so of course as soon as I start living a healthy lifestyle weight is going to start dropping pretty fast. As time continues, I believe you have to push yourself even harder to get those same weight loss results. Sooo I am hoping for at least 2 lbs lost this week (keeping fingers crossed for more) =) Until tomorrow sweeties, please stay motivated and inspired. Also keep in mind once again that ALL OF OUR HARD WORK WILL PAY OFF!
