HORRIBLE snacky little sweet tooth today! I'm already too many calories up....do I skip dinner???? Damn it!

No you silly girl, you NEVER skip a meal. Make it light but if you skip you're going to be starving by morning and start off on the wrong foot again. Come on, I'm counting on you making your goal! You're SO close. If you're having a hard time doing it for you, do it for all of us who are cheering you on. We need to see people really do succeed at this and you're the closest of anyone I know!
