2:15pm - So far, so good. Had salad for lunch, 2 celery sticks. I didnt make it through without coffee. I drank about 8oz of water before I just couldnt hack it anymore. All in all, I did pretty good today. I am kinda proud of myself.

I know that looks like a LOT of coffee, but I use a 16oz cup, and in the spirit of being honest with myself ... I counted each 8 oz instead of just saying three cups (this morning I drank out of a normal mug).
