Had a pretty good diet day today...but the best part is the exercise that I am doing is starting to show dividends...I'm liking the veins in my forearms & definition in my biceps & triceps. I won't be doing any modeling, but way better than jello arms!!

Pushing to reach my goal by my birthday...
