Slowly but surely I am loosing a little bit at a time. As much as I want it to just fall off, I know the slower the better. The only down fall is getting bored and finding new things to eat.
182.0 lb Lost so far: 5.6 lb.    Still to go: 42.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
