بعد عمل فخص يوم الخميسًالماضي تبين لي ان الدهون الثلاثية والملسترول ذهب تماما
ولكن حدث شي مضر وهو ارتفاع الكرياتين ال ١٢٩ وهو رقم مبير وخطر علي الكلي
فقررت التوقف فورا عن جمية اتكنز الغنية بالبرتينات ةعمل حمية عكس الاولي تماما وهو ترك كل الاغذية المحتوية علب البروتينات مثل اللحوم والاليبان والبيضً
