I need help....This so HARD!!!!!!!

Yes, it's hard. If it were easy, we would all be skinny. Find a good caloric intake that will help you lose or do some research and find a diet plan that will fit in to your life. Low carb helps you lose quicker but if you don't like a lot of meat than it may not be for you. Protein and high fiber foods helps you lose fat and keeps you fuller longer because they digest more slowly. Focus your diet on lean protein, lean dairy, fruits and veggies. Watch how much processed foods you eat because they contain a lot of sodium. Stay hydrated. Water and green tea are both great for weight loss. Water flushes out sodium. If you go with calories, you may need to adjust them till you find what helps you lose. Start at 1500 or 1600 a day and adjust from there. If you need more structure, try Weight Watchers or some other plan. You can find sample meal plans online. There is no easy way to lose weight. You have to watch what you eat and exercise.
