I have really been struggling. Somehow I have lost my focus and determintaion. I need to recommit and stop giving in to my urges and cravings.

Sierra I am right there with you--and once I started giving in to the cravings, it gets even harder to get back on track!! We KNOW we can do this, though! Hope you are having a better day today!
