Dreading the weigh in starting with Missus want to get to 224Lb and 16 stone no more excuses also will be weighing twice a week to keep on track if i cant loose 4 lb from today to next monday will be gutted. Also doing exercise and walking don't think pull ups will be achievable but will do every thing else.
