Woot Woot!!! 10 lbs in 10 days!!! I'm not looking forward to this stopping... so much fun!



Hit the gym today, meant to do it yesterday but just didn't make it. Gym time was intense... I didn't have the gas I'm used to, but it's ok...I'm in a caloric deficit and I'm taking in less than 20gms of carbs per day so I should expect to feel a difference. I definitely had the same intensity on the weights, just felt fatigued during my usual cardio routine...

Can't wait to see what the scale says tomorrow!!!
