I am wondering if anyone else here is following Atkins '72 Induction... It would be nice to share and compare notes. It took going to no carbs before I finally went into ketosis. Trying to do it on NANY did not work for me and seems to not work for a lot of people from what I've been seeing on this site and others. Everybody - and I mean literally every Body - is different. Anyway - I'm hoping to see more weight loss reflected on my scale now that I'm beginning to burn fat. I'm losing inches, so that keeps helps to keep me motivated. However, it would be nice to talk to someone who has also had a hard time switching from carb burning mode to fat burning mode and also understands that sometimes Atkins *does mean no carbs.
