Wants to figure out the calories and all that stuff for my home made chili... any thoughts on how about to go finding it out???

Whenever I want to find the calorie count for something homemade I either do a private recipe on food.com as they list all the nutrition facts without me having to share it with everyone, enter everything I put into the recipe, ingredient by ingredient or I use something similar after I look up the calorie count for everything.

Go to your cookbook and submit a recipe. You don't have to share it and then you can add it to your food diary when you want.

Thank you SOOO much I'll have to give it a try, I eat my chili on a regular basis since as a vegetarian it's a great source of protein for me.. LOTS of beans.. but never knew the nutritional facts of it .. thanks again :)
