Feeling bloated and overweight and icky after a night of drinking. :(
I have been sticking (mostly) within my calorie RDI limit but I have been making poor choices in terms of what, not how much, I am eating.
Falling into old habits of cheese addiction....
Hmmmmm....
I hate to be negative but I feel FAT and like there is NO WAY I will be wearing a bikini this summer. Boo.
I'm having dinner tonight with my family for my dad's birthday and it's going to be at the location of my sissy's upcoming wedding so that's exciting. I have been to the lodge before, but haven't seen the banquet hall or anything so it'll be nice to get to visualize and get excited for how often that day will be. So there's a positive.
Thinking skinny thoughts for all my buddies!

I can relate to staying close to RDI but having bad food choices - and I can totally tell the difference in my mood and the way my body feels when I've been eating junk! Hope you're feeling better and had a great time out at dinner with your dad!

Dinner was GREAT! (though a little fattening) Feeling a lot better now - got some great comments from my fam over the weekend (my *MOMMA* FINALLY noticed I've lost a little!) and feeling and thinking skinny! Thanks for the encouragement!
