Worked very hard to really monitor what I ate. Ate pretty sensibly and drank tons of water! That combined with positive thoughts telling myself that I can do this, it's important, congrats on the nice workout really contributed to this weight loss. I can't wait to see more results!
138.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 13.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
