My weight is driving me insane! I gained 2 pounds and it won't go anywhere. I am trying to watch my carbs. I'm having Teriyaki burgers without the bun and pineapple & summer squash for dinner tonight to make up for the carbs I had for lunch. I also have been drinking lemon water or a version of it anyways since I don't have fresh lemons around. I made lemonade with stevia.

Probably just water. You've lost major weight in no time! So your body slows its metabolism cause it thinks you are starving. That's what a plateau is. In other words losing weight makes losing weight harder. But the ego boost, and health benefit helps you to last through the plateau . Don't worry, But wait it out, then trick it again! I'll bet you lose it tomorrow. ha ha.
