Wow, that's actually a GREAT idea! Thank you. I also snack a lot during the day. I think I prefer snacking over meals. I am actually going to the nut store today to purchase gourmet salted (without butter) popcorn, almonds, etc. I am also going to the produce store to buy plenty of fruits and vegetables. I figure that if I make a fabulous fruit salad, it will satiate the snack cravings during the day. Try to choose healthy snacks that you just happen to love between meals ;)
