I started doing Zumba dance 5 times a week and it has jumped start my weight loss!!!!!!!!!!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
on diet Weight Watchers   losing 0.3 lb a week
