15 months into this new lifestyle and my brain still thinks I need more food than I can really eat. Everyday I pack breakfast and lunch, and what I bring doesn't look like much, a yogurt a few strawberries, then I usually grab another piece of fruit, thinking one small yogurt and 5 medium strawberries aren't enough for a meal, then I get to eating it, and usually wind up leaving 1/2 my breakfast (the other piece of fruit) and 1/2 my lunch at work for the next day. Will my brain EVER reset and realize that YES I can survive the day with 2 small meals and if the unthinkable happens (i get hungry) why there is a 7-11 right 20 ft from my work and several restaurants within 1 mile of here.

Odd isn't it that even after doing this woe for what seems like forever our brains still like to play tricks on us.
