Ok, waiting a week and a half to weigh in worked. Big number! -4.2. That's better than I have been doing. part of my mentality was "oh weigh in isn't until Friday, I can eat this cheat now" but the other part of me, the part that won out "I'd better be extra good cuz I'll be SO disappointed if I don't have a loss!". Even went out to pizza parlor last night to celebrate kiddo's last day of school today and I avoided the pizza pan quite litterally touching my plate and BEER!!! Luckily they had an ok salad bar and burgundy wine. I just might be able to do this!

Oh, you can so do this! Good job passing on the pizza. And, I know skipping the beer wasn't the fun choice but you made the right choice by getting a little wine.

Great job, very nice loss!! You are on the right track, and I too think its so much more rewarding waiting to weigh and getting that big number. Keep up the great work!
