1,5 weeks after start my diet, i lost already 10.5 Ib´s. I don´t feel hungry, but while sitting 12 hours a day in the office, I miss something sweet... ;(
255.7 lb Lost so far: 13.2 lb.    Still to go: 17.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
