Thank everyone for the feedback. I have tried other fruits like watermelon, cantelope, oranges and others and they seem to be working out fine. It is not as bad as I thought.
How do you prepare Lentils????
on diet Fat Smash Diet

Wash lentils well, soak in cold water for 3 hours,drain, add new water and bring to a boil.Turn down and simmer until done (soft, but not mushy) Follow directions on back of bag for the water-lentil ratio. Add onions,garlic,chicken stock....anything that suits your fancy.

Hello I am back and ready to take this on with a bang. I fell off the wagon and gained what I lost back and some. I am really unhappy about my weight b/c I have never been this weight and refuse to keep escalating. I need to do this for my health and my girls. I hope to succeed in loosing and sticking with it.
