Note to self - stop drinking 3 margaritas at a dinner!!

My run yesterday morning wasn't awesome. I'm blaming it partially on the heat. So I did an easier run, and then did some walk run (faster) intervals and was happy with that. I'm working hard to not allow myself to be upset with any workout I get in. Whether it's the weak 1300 yds I swam Saturday morning or my broken-run yesterday. They're all good for me.
Dad's in town this weekend. I'm *so* excited. Interestingly enough - I think I'm going to have an easier time eating better with him around than I did with my mom, or even as I appear to be doing on my own (3 margaritas, twice over a weekend is hardly being calorie-conscious). Is it Thursday yet? I want him to be here :)

Exactly - even if the workout isn't pretty, it's better than nothing!! Have fun with your dad this weekend!

We have 18 holes planned for Sunday - and I hope to go hit golf balls before he gets here. In fact - his whole trip is basically planned. Thurs night - dinner out, Friday night - poker in Black Hawk, Saturday afternoon - Rox game, Saturday night - dinner, Sunday morning - golf, Sunday afternoon - nap, Sunday night - dinner at my sister's. So full! So excited :D

The only people that should be upset about a workout are those that didn't get off the couch to do it in the first place.
