I just visited a doctor and she told me I needed to lose weight fast. My thyroid is messed up so it will be hard. I love chocolate so this is going to be HARD!

I also have hypothyroid and I have lost weight- log everything in your food journal and exercise at least 20 minutes a day (walking?) and drink a ton of water! IF you have your calories at 1200-1500, you can lose! Good luck!

I just opened my homepage and saw ur journal entry. U must have hypothyroid i guess, i have it too! Wot I did to be more determined n more motivated was to take it as a challenege; I either surrender n let it take the best of me, or either, I challenege it! Just don't let it get u all down, cause that'll just make u feel worse about urself. Good luck! :)
